Ben Kin Ho Tsang, a senior at San Jose Independence High in California representing Hong Kong, won the boys 400-meter hurdles in a lifetime-best 53.91 seconds at the Stanford Invitational at Cobb Track and Angell Field in Palo Alto, Calif.
